Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every trial runs with full access to everything Saldovi does — every feature, on every tier, for 14 days, no credit card required. Pick whichever plan fits your portfolio once you're ready; nothing you entered is deleted.

What happens when my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Pick a plan and your account continues exactly as it was. If you don't choose one, the account moves to a limited, read-only state — your data is preserved and waiting, but new changes are paused until you select a plan. There's no automatic charge, because the 14-day trial never asks for a card.

Question 3

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancel in two clicks from the Billing page in your settings. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for; there are no cancellation fees or penalties. There's no minimum term.

What happens if I go over my plan's property limit?

Accepted Answer

Your existing properties and data are never touched. You're simply asked to upgrade before adding another property beyond your plan's limit — nothing is paused, hidden or deleted while you decide.

Can I run both short-term bookings and long-term leases on the same plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every plan handles both registers in one place. A property can take Airbnb-style bookings, sit under a long-term lease, or switch between the two over its life, and it all lands in the same per-property P&L. There's no separate module or add-on to buy for mixed portfolios.

How is Saldovi priced — per property, per user, or per booking?

By property. Your plan sets how many properties and team members you can manage; there are no per-booking or per-transaction fees, because we don't process guest payments or rent. Pricing is a flat monthly (or annual) subscription per tier, in euros.

Question 7

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Accepted Answer

No. There's no onboarding fee, no implementation charge and no mandatory demo call — you sign up and start adding properties the same day. The plans on this page are the entire price.

Question 8

What do I save by paying annually?

Accepted Answer

Two months. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price — so Solo is €190/year instead of €228, Growth €490 instead of €588, and so on. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.

Question 9

What counts as a "property" and a "user"?

Accepted Answer

A property is one rental unit you manage — short-let, long-let, or both. A user is one team member with their own login and role. Solo covers up to 2 properties and 1 user; Business goes up to 40 properties and 25 users. You only pay for the tier that fits your portfolio.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

On infrastructure built and operated in the EU, GDPR-aware by design, with EUR and GBP portfolio accounting. That includes your financial figures, receipts and guest data.

Can my accountant or bookkeeper get access?

Accepted Answer

Yes — invite them as a Read Only team member (available from Growth up) so they can see every report and export without being able to edit a booking, lease or expense. It's built for exactly this handoff at tax time.

Does the new EU short-term rental regulation affect me?

Accepted Answer

Potentially, depending on the national registration and data-sharing framework that applies to your listing. Under DAC7, platforms report rental earnings to EU tax authorities. From 20 May 2026, EU Regulation 2024/1028 adds regular activity-data reporting — generally monthly, with quarterly reporting available to certain smaller platforms. Saldovi keeps your own figures reconciled per property so you can review them before reporting deadlines.

Do exports still work after I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Even a locked, unpaid account can still export its data — we treat that as a data-portability promise, not a lever to keep you paying. Writes pause when an account is locked; reading and exporting your own numbers never does.

Question 14

Are prices in euros, and what about VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes — prices are shown in euros, with no surprise currency conversion. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout based on your country, and the reverse-charge mechanism applies if you have a valid EU VAT number.
